Grilled Eggless Salad Sandwich with mixed greens (lettuce, purple kale, dragon kale, rocket arugula) and radishes from my balcony “farm”!
1 can chickpeas, rinsed
3 tbsp veganaise
2 tbsp pickle relish
1 tsp yellow mustard
Salt and pepper
Using a potato masher, mash ALL the things!
Kala Namak is an Indian mineral salt that has a distinct sulfurous taste and smell (similar to boiled eggs). It’s PERFECT for this salad! I found a jar at a specialty spice boutique in downtown Toronto called The Spice Trader.
